At NOVA&CO, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help! Please review our Refund Policy below to understand how refunds, returns, and exchanges work.

🔄 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, or any items marked as final sale.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products (unless defective on arrival)

  • Items returned outside of the 3-day return window

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and issue

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
