🔄 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, or any items marked as final sale.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Include:
